Operation

Operating our Industrial Herbal Leaves Dryer is simple and hassle-free, thanks to its fully automated system. The dryer is equipped with intuitive controls that allow operators to set the desired drying parameters with ease. Once the settings are configured, the dryer operates continuously, ensuring uniform drying of the leaves throughout the process. With its automated operation, our dryer minimizes the need for manual intervention, saving time and effort for operators while maximizing productivity. 

A convective drying system is used in the leaves drying machine. To avoid irregular feeding by manual input, the leaves is continuously supplied into the dryer directly from storage or warehouse.

Herbal leaves are dried and cleaned in a controlled environment by passing a flow of hot air through a thin air permeable belt at a specific temperature, speed, and retention time. The feeder, temperature, and retention time are all controlled by an electrical control panel board. The operation is continuous, and air is passed through the bed thickness to effectively dry the leaves.
