A convective drying system is used in the dal drying machine. To avoid irregular feeding by manual input, the dal are continuously supplied into the dryer directly from storage or warehouse.
Our automated dal dryer's heat exchanger generates hot air, which is provided to the drying chamber for dal conditioning. An electrical control panel board is used to control the feeder, temperature, and retention time. The activity is continuous, and drying is done effectively by moving air through bed thickness.
